THE STORY BEHIND THE NAME
DIRECTION WHEN IT MATTERS.
Lange Nelle takes its name from the lighthouse in Ostend, Belgium. A lighthouse brings clarity and direction when the way forward is not always clear. That idea reflects the role I take on within the organisations I work with: stepping in when direction, structure or ownership is needed, helping people navigate change and creating a clear way forward. The goal is not to stay, but to leave the organisation ready to move forward on its own.
